About Us
Old School Gun School was established to provide quality firearms and personal protection safety and skills for law-abiding American Citizens. We provide the necessary education and training to protect yourself and your loved ones should that terrible day every come. It is our goal to provide you the knowledge and skills to be a safe, ethical and responsible gun owner. Our classes are designed for the motivated student dedicated to the serious choice of firearm ownership. It is our passion to help others to improve their personal awareness, confidence level, firearm and safety skills, no matter what their experience level is.
JB HERREN
JB Herren, a gentleman's gentleman with the heart of an educator, has been a firearms enthusiast and an adult educator since 1972. He specializes in firearm safety & skills for the whole family. He is an NRA Certified Firearms Safety/Skills Instructor, certified instructor in Gun Laws & The Judicious Use Of Deadly Force and Chief Range Safety Officer. His Defensive Handgun Street Smarts curriculum is now honored by over 30 other states and recognized as full qualifying requirements for non-resident permits issued by the states of Oregon, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Florida and Virginia.
GLENDA HERREN
Glenda is one of the pioneers of the concept: "Shoot Like a Girl". She is living proof that women are often better shooters than men. "A woman who can defend herself is a confident woman. And a confident, self-reliant woman is a thing of beauty." She is an NRA Certified Firearms Safety/Skills Instructor, certified instructor in Gun Laws & The Judicious Use Of Deadly Force and a Range Safety Officer. She has been an adult educator for over 25 years and together with JB completes an unbeatable combination that excels both on, and off the range.
